Lunch at the Sustainability Courtyard

You can pick up a fruit smoothie or an entire pineapple at this food stand on campus. It is in the Sustanability Courtyard near my building. The vendors serve vegetarian food and provide recycling, which is not nearly so ubiquitous as at CU.
